These terms apply when you buy from Radi8 Chews Ltd (company number 17053062), 9 Threadneedle Way, Middlebeck, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 3WP. Please read them before placing an order.
Ordering
By placing an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error.
Pricing and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you choose. You can skip, change or cancel at any time before the next order is processed, with no minimum term. Changes made at least 24 hours before your next order is processed will apply to that order; changes made after that point will apply from the following order.

Product information
Our products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, or to replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Always read the label.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability is limited as permitted by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for the affected goods, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
