Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We deliver across the UK mainland. Standard tracked delivery takes 2 to 4 working days and costs £3.95. Delivery is free on orders over £30 and on every Subscribe & Save order.

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link where the courier provides one.

Returns

Under UK consumer law you may cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it and return unopened goods for a refund. For food and supplement products, items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty.

To start a return, email hello@radi8chews.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at hello@radi8chews.co.uk within 30 days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or refund. A photo of the item and the outer packaging helps us resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of us receiving the return. It may take a further few working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip or cancel a Subscribe & Save plan at any time from your account, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
